In 2005, I decided I wanted to start baking, yet I had NO CLUE where to start. YouTube wasn't a thing back then, neither were Pinterest or Instagram...so I did what most people did back then, watch TV.
I watch every show on Food Network that dealt with cakes, bought every book and magazine, yet I still felt like I was swimming in a wealth of information but no direction on how to begin.
This is where this video comes in. These are the tips I wished someone had told me about.
